It is a tool, but a very powerful one, since I installed it I need less my laptop! I can organize my notes into categories and with different colors! I can even print or send my text via email or directly to Facebook or Twitter. It has something that will leave your laptop cold the whole day and that is TextExpander which expands snippets into phrases and if a catastrophe happened in which you lose all the text or part of it, don’t worry use the magic of Upword to undo & redo not only once but Multi-level, this is however not limited there since you can recover deleted notes or old ones via Dropbox. If you have to work many times a day with the same notes Upword can help you here to access it rapidly with its Favorite icon, Upword team pushed the perfection higher than all the notes apps I tested by adding the possibility to search throughout all your notes and even the nice surprise of being able to count words and characters which is extremely useful for bloggers and other countless situations. Last but not least the text files produced by Upword Are standard and can be used in nearly any text editor. The only thing I missed is the possibility to add a non-text element to my notes as for instance the possibility to draw or write with my finger inside a note or add a picture, but eh! We are talking about a note app not a computer software!. I wanted to give 6 stars but they limited the maximum to 5...

Worked great until it started having trouble synchronizing. Then the update destroyed my latest notes, leaving me with my older archives. I should have seen it coming with the sync problems and backuped myself. Nonetheless my trust in this app is reduced to zero.

Great app and has big potential, hybrid between to do and note 6 dollars for premium is too expensive,1.99 is more reasonable

This is my favourite note taking app and Ive tried quite a few. I use this app everyday. I love this app for grocery lists, items to bring on trips, todo lists, etc. You can easily scratch items off your list, put them back, or eliminate a group all at once. I like that I can group my notes into folders and keep everything secure in the cloud. This app works well and is efficient.

Much better than any.do! Very happy with the options in this app as I can keep very organized ! Love love love it.

I love this app. Easy to use. They kept it Kiss- keep it Simple Straight! I only wish it allowed the creation of more categories.

This is what I was looking for. I havent been able to link it with notetab lite but i guess i am very satisfied with mobile version.

UpWord Notes doesnt try and do everything but what it does, it does mostly well. I use it for capturing quick thoughts or quick shopping lists. I would like to see flexibility in what DropBox folder is used as I want to make my TaskPaper app DropBox folder be the same as my UpWord app Dropbox folder. I would also love to see more TaskPaper features added. Lastly, item-based reminders would be MUCH better for me than file-based reminders.
